After almost six months of development, testing, rebuilding, testing again and countless early mornings and late nights, LogistiCarl Systems is now open for early access.

This is a significant milestone for me personally because the platform did not begin as a software business.

It started as a way to solve problems inside my own courier operation.

Like many owner-drivers and small transport businesses, I found myself dealing with paperwork, WhatsApp conversations, customer updates, POD requests, invoices and information scattered across multiple places.

The delivery itself was often the easiest part of the job.

The administration surrounding every job was where the time disappeared.

Customers wanted updates. PODs needed sending. Quotes needed tracking. Invoices needed raising. Information needed finding again days or weeks later.

Over time, I became increasingly frustrated by how disconnected everything felt.

I wasn't trying to build software.

I was trying to solve my own problems.

Every time I encountered a workflow issue, I built a solution for it. One improvement led to another. Customer communication improved. Quoting became more structured. Proof of delivery became easier to manage. Tracking became more professional. Eventually the individual pieces started connecting together.

What began as a collection of internal tools gradually evolved into a complete operational workflow.

Today, LogistiCarl Systems includes online quoting, customer quote acceptance, multi-stop job creation, customer tracking pages, proof of delivery workflows, POD generation, invoicing and public business pages.

Most importantly, every part of the platform has been built around real-world courier operations rather than theoretical workflows.

The goal has never been to replace the experience and knowledge that delivery businesses already have.

The goal is to reduce unnecessary administration, improve visibility and create a more professional customer experience from the moment a quote is requested through to final proof of delivery and invoicing.

Opening early access is not the finish line.

In many ways it feels more like the starting line.

For the first time, businesses outside my own operation will be able to use the platform and provide feedback based on real-world use.

That feedback will play a huge role in shaping where LogistiCarl Systems goes next.

I am not pretending the platform is perfect.

In fact, honest feedback is probably the most valuable thing I can receive at this stage. Every suggestion, every question and every real-world use case helps improve the platform for everyone using it.

If you operate a courier company, transport business, man and van service, removals company or any business that manages jobs from enquiry through to completion, I would love to hear what you think.

You can start a free 7-day trial and explore the platform for yourself.

Thank you to everyone who has followed the journey so far.

This is only the beginning.
