By creating an account or using LogistiCarl Systems, you agree to these Terms of Use.

LogistiCarl Systems provides software tools for delivery management, proof of delivery, workflow tracking, customer records and related logistics administration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service in a way that may harm LogistiCarl Systems or other users.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of all delivery information, customer details, addresses, uploaded images, signatures and notes entered into the platform.

Some services may operate using credits or paid plans. Credits are used to access platform features and may be subject to separate pricing or account terms.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

LogistiCarl Systems provides software only. We are not responsible for missed deliveries, failed jobs, business losses, incorrect user-entered data or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where payment is not made, or where continued use may present a security, legal or operational risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
